Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order then you can either return it to our Woodbridge location or ship it back to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will receive your refund in the original form of the initial purchase. All clearance and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. 

All Returns…

  1. Must be made within 30 Days of the purchase order

  2. If the item is perishable (food or treats) the item must be in its original packaging unopened to be eligible for a return.

  3. Returns will be refunded in the same form of payment that was used when initially purchased.

  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable
